My case is specific, because the URL I have to load, is an entry point to an application made with Silverlight... So my Java FX app thinks, I need to download the silverlight plugin to run the external app, whereas it is obviously already installed on my PC.
Do you have an idea? is there any trick to resolve that?
What are you asking for? Are you asking for a way to open Silverlight in JavaFX? If so, then best I can suggest is opening the webpage with a normal browser, such as via [url http://docs.oracle.com/javafx/2/api/javafx/application/HostServices.html#showDocument(java.lang.String)]HostServices.showDocument(String url), because as you said, JavaFX has no support for plugins.
sorry I didn't explain precisely what I need to do. I would like to include the the content of the webpage in my border pane basically. is it possible with host service ?
