Our partner was complaining that B2B connection was getting closed while sending ACK (FA) to back to B2B thus not processing the message by the partner application. When I verified State of the Wire Message it shows PROCESSING that never gets to ERROR or COMPLETE. HL7 Connection type is permanent in Channel COnfig. How do I RETRY the wire message in this case ?
We are using SOA 184.108.40.206 on Windows 2008 64-bit.

Is it on B2B or SOA Suite for Healthcare Integration? You may resubmit the message in both the cases, through UI (reports).
Check the server-diagnostic log to find any error which occurred when message was received.
