    install new fonts in oracle linux

      Please share your thoughts on the steps to install LUCIDA CONSOLE fonts on the oracle linux server..

          I don't really see the point to install Microsoft fonts on a Linux server installation, which in my opinion is not a suitable Desktop solution. There are other Linux distributions, like Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint and Debian that are more compelling. However you can check for Webcore fonts at the Linux documentation project, which includes Lucida Sans, Typewriter and Console.

          Then open, e.g. Firefox Preferences, and under Content you should be able to select Lucida Console from the list of available fonts.
