Ubuntu is not a certified distro to install XE - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18802/toc.htm#BABGGAJA - so things may or may not work as advertised.
Is there a reason you cannot use a certified OS ?
1. This my home PC, so it is unconvenient to use server Linux as desktop in one time.
2. I want to use Oracle XE in self-educational purposes, so, usage of paid but certified Linux - too expensive for me. Whether exist FREE alternatives for personal educational purposes? Even limited by some parameters
No problem , you have very conveneint option of virtual machines :)
Try virtual box
and download oracle enterprise linux for free here https://edelivery.oracle.com/linux
Even better, Pre-Built Developer VMs
Sounds great! And thanks a lot.
Is it possible to find somewhere program (agenda \ technical notices etc) for Oracle Developer Days illustrated by these VMs?
After you have logged into the prebuilt vms you will have start here shortcut on the desktop which has the available tracks and sessions with the vm
Please the links below

I received very helpful workaround because of my initial conditions - Oracle required on Ubuntu for education purposes, so it's acceptable to learn it using VM
