Semi-empty oracle-xe file during installation of XE 11.2 on Ubuntu 12.10

I use this howto - [Thread: Oracle 11gR2 Express Edition on Linux Ubuntu 11.10 howto |https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2301639] - to install XE 11.2 on Ubuntu 12.10.
After usage of dkg --install I saw the only content for oracle-xe which is placed before by shell:

#
### BEGIN INIT INFO
# Provides: OracleXE
# Required-Start: \\\$remote_fs \\\$syslog
# Required-Stop: \\\$remote_fs \\\$syslog
# Default-Start: 2 3 4 5
# Default-Stop: 0 1 6
# Short-Description: Oracle 11g Express Edition
### END INIT INFO

That's all. So configuration then not possible because of semi-empty oracle-xe.
Evidently dpkg doesn't extend oracle-xe into the full-functional script.
Executing dpkg with various debugging options not produce any valuable information.
What's wrong?
