We are having RMAN incrementally updated backups on production (verions 10205).
Could you please let me know the steps to duplicate test database (different server, different filesystems, different name) using catalog database?
The Incrementally Updated Backup is equivalent to being an (updated) L0 backup that was created AS COPY (instead of BACKUPSET).
You should simply need to copy the Incrementally Updated Backup (when it is not being Updated) to the new server. There should not be a need for a RESTORE that DUPLICATE does.

Thank you Hemanth,
Just today we completed as per your advice. Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
But, I have one doubt.
Other than this, can we do with duplicate command on different host with different filesystems entirely?
If so, please let me know the procedure.
Yes, you can DUPLICATE to another host (running the same OS, platform) with a different filesystem layout. You need to use the DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT parameter to specify the mapping of filesystems. E.g. to change /u01/mydb/system01.dbf to /mnt1/clndb/system01.dbf, DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT would be set to
