I think your next steps would be something like this:
1. If the c7t0d0 device is your root pool disk, then you could use the other 2 disks for your data pool:
Using syntax like this for a mirrored pool of 2 disks:
# zpool create dpool mirror c7t2d0 c7t3d0
Then, create your file systems, which are mounted automatically:
# zfs create dpool/app
