    Unable to access Printer from ORPOS Application

      Hi,
      Recently I have been asked to configure devices of IBM POS machine for ORPOS Application.
      While printing the receipt i am getting below error and system goes into offline mode.

      Please let me know where I am going wrong in the configuration of the devices so that the issue can be resolved.

      Other details:
      ORPOS Version: 12.0.9
      Server OS: Windows 2003 R2

          Looks like the printer could not be initialized. It typically happens when printer is not setup with correct properties in jpos.xml.

          I suggest first using the javapos configuration utility that comes along with the drivers to configure and test the device. Then use the new jpos.xml file with ORPOS application.

            Hi Prateek

            It seems some configuration issue is missing
            Check points are as follows
            1. Check all jar and dll are available at required location
            2. Check JPOS.xml is available in path or put that in bin directory
            3. Chcek printer is configured on correct COM port.
