two x4250 servers with 16x4096MB show different amounts of memory

    946493
prtdiag shows all slots in use (both servers look like this)
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_A0 A
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_A1 A
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_A2 A
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_A3 A
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_B0 B
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_B1 B
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_B2 B
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_B3 B
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_C0 C
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_C1 C
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_C2 C
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_C3 C
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_D0 D
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_D1 D
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_D2 D
      DDR2 in use 0 DIMM_D3 D

      prtconf on server1 shows:
      Memory size: 64768 Megabytes

      prtconf on server2 shows:
      Memory size: 61436 Megabytes

What could be the cause of a 3332MB difference (if each DIMM is 4096MB)

Another oddity is that server1 reports as being an X4250 (from prtdiag)
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems SUN NETRA X4250

server2 reports as being an x425
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems SUN NETRA X425
