You need to be given guidance on whatever you think you need to do with the database software and then (perhaps) you'll come to some understanding as to user permissions for whatever that database need might happen to be. The Oracle Linux forum isn't the correct place for issues on database software.

so finally i had solved the problem myself as people like rukbat are very unhelpful in nature here
all we had to do is we had to change the group of the folder to oracle and oinstall where we are going to create our new database :)
