Do you have ldap sync enabled in your environment?
Also, let us know if you have customized the user attributes to make them visible in the create user request dataset?

            Cheers,
            Vamsi.

yes Ldap sync is enabled and i am able to create user from create user tab.
So i don't think there is any problem with that.

Yes i have customized request data set. I have just added one attribute

It would not be a problem while you are creating the user from OIM console and sync it to LDAP. The problem only comes while using request based user creation process. Before the request is approved, the user will be placed in reserve container in LDAP, where the User Login is generated and kept in for reserve. If the request is approved, the user will be moved from reserve container to user container. This bit is not working for your system. However, just check and confirm if the user is created in OIM, though he is not synced to LDAP.

                Cheers,
                Vamsi.

But if this is LDAP sync issue then when i am creating a user that user should not created in OID, right?
In my case when i am creating user in OIM same user is created in OID too.
                  any thought?

yes you were right user is not visible in requested user is not visible in ODSM.

Are you getting this error message after requesting or after approving?

                        Cheers,
