OL 5.3 , r12.1 - OAM login issue and tnsping command dead slow response

    Muhammad Ahmad
      Hi,

      Good Day.

It is single node test environment -
      + OL 5.3 (32-bit) and r12.1 Vision Demo - Single Node Installation.

we did fresh install.. and was to logon to OAM dashboard and can navigate as sysadmin but after server reboot event and service startup manually there are couple of issues we are facing now..

      1. can't access OAM login page - using URL as per defined in context file (hostname_SID.xml) variable 's_login_page' -- getting error in server's browser 'INTERNAL SERVER ERROR' and unable to see login page ..
      2. can't run utilities like adadmin as it stuck when trying to validate username/passwd. >- tnsping, lanrctl status commands are also get hang (prompt did'nt came back)

      our other observations
      ---------------

adstrtal.sh not able to complete with exit status 0
      + four scripts failing adapcctl.sh, adoacorectl.sh, adformsctl.sh, adoafmctl.sh

      but

      [applmgr@ebs1 scripts]$ ./adopmnctl.sh status

You are running adopmnctl.sh version 120.6

Checking status of OPMN managed processes...

      Processes in Instance: VIS_ebs1.ebs1.mlynx.pk
      --------------------------------------------------------------+---------
      ias-component | process-type | pid | status
      --------------------------------------------------------------+---------
      OC4JGroup:default_group | OC4J:oafm | 5921 | Alive
      OC4JGroup:default_group | OC4J:forms | 5727 | Alive
      OC4JGroup:default_group | OC4J:oacore | 5726 | Alive
      HTTP_Server | HTTP_Server | 5725 | Alive

      adopmnctl.sh: exiting with status 0

Appreciating your help to address the issue in advance.

      regards,
      M. A

Please check Apache/OPMN/Database log files for any errors.

Can you connect with those usernames/passwords via sqlplus?
          our other observations

Does AutoConfig complete successfully with no errors?

          Thanks,
