These forums are community forums (user to user) and aren't the correct tool to contact Oracle's Technical Support.
You will need to contact the company directly to ask them this question.
I am guessing there is a specific person in your organization that is designated as the one responsibly party for all things related to your support contract.
That person needs to make the call.
I suggest you have that person attempt to log a support ticket "manually" via telephone. TechSupport will be able to validate and verify that your information is all correct.
and maybe here:
As far as I know, there is no support for OCFS2 under the original RHEL kernel for reasons due to Red Hat politics. If you use the Oracle Linux UEK kernel, drivers for OCFS2 are built-in and other tools can be downloaded from the standard public distribution channels including errata and patches.

Now when we try and register with ULN account and attach CSi it does not allow us to register. following error
We need to login so we can download the ocfs2 rpm for rhel6.There is no OCFS2 RPM for RHEL6. OCFS2 is built into the Oracle Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel for Oracle Linux 6. If you install that, you will no longer get support from Red Hat. The machine will essentially become an Oracle Linux machine.
