    Hi,

    1- Ensure you have compiled your form (you must get the resulting compiled fmx file).

    2- Now add the fmx file to a correct path defined in FORMS_PATH variable (variable FORMS_PATH is defined at ORACLE_HOME\forms\server\default.env file)

    Hope this helps you :)

    Regards

    what is your form version and os version and JRE version and Browser ?

    From where you want to run ?
    1. Direct from form builder ? or from application server or via url ?

    If url what is it ?

    what is your formsweb.cfg configuration for this..

    Knowing the above information it's easy to answer..

    Form ver: Oracle10g, OS: XP,Browser IE-8,
    tutoforms10g.env

    #oracle home adapt this value to your own setting
    ORACLE_HOME=D:\DevSuiteHome_1

    FORMS_PATH=%ORACLE_HOME%\forms\tutoforms
    ORACLE_PATH=%ORACLE_HOME%\forms\tutoforms
    FORMS_TRACE_PATH=%ORACLE_HOME%\forms\tutoforms
    CLASSPATH=D:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\java\frmwebutil.jar;%ORACLE_HOME%\jlib\debugger.jar;%ORACLE_HOME%\forms\tutoforms\FormsGraph.jar;%ORACLE_HOME%\forms\tutoforms\myIcons.jar;

    # webutil config file path
    WEBUTIL_CONFIG=D:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\server\webutil.cfg

    I already copied tutoforms10g.env to tutoforms10g.env location add the /tutoforms/config/ add_to_formsweb.cfg at the end of your /forms/server/formsweb.cfg file,

    still the error showing.

    my formswebconfig files are in bellow:
    # $Id: formsweb.cfg 15-apr-2005.13:17:30 pkuhn Exp $
    # formsweb.cfg defines parameter values used by the FormsServlet (frmservlet)
    # This section defines the Default settings. Any of them may be overridden in the
    # following Named Configuration sections. If they are not overridden, then the
    # values here will be used.
    # The default settings comprise two types of parameters: System parameters,
    # which cannot be overridden in the URL, and User Parameters, which can.
    # Parameters which are not marked as System parameters are User parameters.
    # SYSTEM PARAMETERS
    # -----------------
    # These have fixed names and give information required by the Forms
    # Servlet in order to function. They cannot be specified in the URL query
    # string. But they can be overridden in a named configuration (see below).
    # Some parameters specify file names: if the full path is not given,
    # they are assumed to be in the same directory as this file. If a path
    # is given, then it should be a physical path, not a URL.
    # USER PARAMETERS
    # ---------------
    # These match variables (e.g. %form%) in the baseHTML file. Their values
    # may be overridden by specifying them in the URL query string
    # (e.g. "http://myhost.mydomain.com/forms/frmservlet?form=myform&width=1000")
