My guess is that the SSL certificate on the server has expired.
IE sees that as a potential risk.
You can try to add sampark.itgi.co.in to the trusted sites of IE.
I'm not sure which setting it is, but IE can ask if you want to continue, even when the SSL certificate has expired.
Or you can ask your employer to renew the SSL certificate.
Thanks. An IT guy from my office takes remote access and does something in IE8 ..
Here is what i have i guess but i think it is not complete:
IE8>Tools>Internet Options> Custom Security>Enable>Enable>Restart.
In these settings i don't know what exactly he "enables".
Will try what you suggested.
