          Hi,
If you look at the output of "ps -ef", it shows you the process and the location from where it is running. Then you use "grep", to search the text of your choice (oracle in your case) from the output of "ps -ef". So it should show you each line where "oracle" is found (and oracle is found in the path of the directory from where some process(es) is/are runing).
Sine "smon" is not a directory or path in the output of "ps -ef", you will not see any directory path. This is just background process (probably run by the "oracle" executable actually). So not path exists of smon.

                    Hi,
I am not able to find obtain smon process
Probably it is not running, that is why you are not able to see it. Is your instance started?

Still you are not following advice to paste your output within code tags.

It shows you have just opened the database today. Still not able to see smon?
what about output of "ps -ef|grep pmon".
By the way your temporary datafile is missing (probably deleted). Need to create it.

What is your Oracle and OS version? Following thread might be helpful for you where a user faced same problem on an unsupported OS.
