I recently installed EBS 12.1.1 on Redhat Linux 5. Evertime I bounce the apps server process (adstpall.sh, adstrtal.sh), I cannot bring up the EBS Login page (500 Internal Server Error) without first running the adautocfg.sh. Has anyone run into this issue?
After I bounce the app server process, I cannot login to EBS page immediately. However, after 10 minutes, I am able to login. Any idea what's causing this?Looks like your application services take some time to start up, please issue "adopmnctl.sh status" to verify.

Looks like all IAS components have a status of Alive.
The other thing I did notice was that the adalnctl.txt had the following error. From my research, it looks like it has somethign to do with an invalid IP Address on the hosts file, but this is not the case for me. Any idea what my cause this? Are you referring to the application listener or the database listener?
Linux Error: 111: Connectdion refused.

I'm referring to the application listener. The autoconfig completes successfuly.
