When configuring the datasource did you checked "support global transactions" tab. As per Oracle you cannot specify a JDBC data source that is configured to support global transactions while configuring a JDBC persistent store, it will not appear in dropdown.
Have a check if this is your issue.
Yes, its enabled "support global transactions" option, after disabling that option i am able to see datasource name in persistent store. but its working fine for weblogic 10.3.0.0 version.

Yes, JDBC stores cannot have DS with supporting global transactions. You are able to see the DS with XA in WLS 10.3.0, but not on WLS 10.3.6, as we have restricted the use of XA DS for JDBC store from the code of WLS 10.3.6's admin console.
Its documented not to use, but people tend to use it, which lead to issues, so this brought the change :)
