Report Builder Crashed by Clicking Data Model

    Maahjoor
      Dear All,

I installed Oracle Forms & Reports 11g (11.1.2.1.0) 64 bits on Windows server 2008 R2 64-bit with weblogic server WSL 10.3.6 and java Oracle
JDK 1.6.0_29 as suggested and guided by oracle.
      it was working fine.
today when i try to connect to Report Builder
and try to click on Data Model, i receive the standard windows error saying "Report Builder has stopped working" check online for solution and so on.

I can edit report layouts and parameter page & Compiling and running reports Successfully, but I cannot click on data model.

      how to fix this?

      Thanks and Regards.

          Dear All,

i found a solution in the following link.
          Go to:
           C:\Oracle\Middleware\asinst_1\config\FRComponent\frcommon\tools\admin
           Edit: cauprefs.ora

           Replace the following:
           Reports.PluggableDataSourceFactories =
           ("oracle.reports.plugin.datasource.xmlpds.XMLDataSourceFactory",
           "oracle.reports.plugin.datasource.jdbcpds.JDBCDataSourceFactory",
           "oracle.reports.plugin.datasource.textpds.TextDataSourceFactory")

delete the three lines from the bottom, so only the first line should exists, add a black bracket ( ), like below
           Reports.PluggableDataSourceFactories = ()
          regards.

Clear the temp and delete all the printers which are not used. Select one printer and make it as default and try.

            Hope help this
