Prod to Test Data Sync

Hello People,

I am trying to evaluate ways to replicate subsets of data from our production to our test environments.

Please suggest possible products that can be used (The cheaper/free the better)

Last time it was done via DB links but it was very slow.

Also export import is not an option.

Tables may have different structure so the product must be able to dot the proper mapping.

I also had a look at Oracle Test Management Pack: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/pdf/511875.pdf which looks quite interesting.

Please suggest.
