            Hi,

            because it is in RAC.

            listener.ora file

            # Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

            SID_LIST_LISTENERDB =
            (SID_LIST =
            (SID_DESC =
            (ORACLE_HOME = /u02/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1)
            (SID_NAME = drpdb1)
            (GLOBAL_DBNAME = drpdb.nblitd.com)
            )
            )

            LISTENERDB =
            (DESCRIPTION =
            (ADDRESS_LIST =
            (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = LISTENERDB))
            )
            )

            ENABLE_GLOBAL_DYNAMIC_ENDPOINT_LISTENERDB = ON

            Thanks

              In this case you should connect through scan_listener that listens on tcp.
