everything you need to know
put the bonded NICs on their own subnets with preferable 10gb or FC if you can afford and you should be fine with the HAIPs after that. If you start to see GC wait events you can have a rethink.
is this 11g params am trying to find details about this parameter but won.t get any can you give me links from where i study details about it?

Its not a real parameter.
dont believe everything you read on the internet. Albert Einstein said that.
Albert Einstein said thatI read on the internet that it was Abraham Lincoln

My suggestion was facetious (in other words, it was a joke)

yea john i google it i read about jumbo frames but not quite clear about that will it be benificial or not??.
Is this the 10TB system which uses 32KB block sizes and INITRANS = 150 everywhere ?
Jumbo frames are limited (I believe) to roughly 9KB, and they add value on the private interconnect because a single frame can carry a whole block in a single message - but you'd still be spending some time breaking down are reconstructing 32KB blocks (less time, and fewer packets, but still wasting time).
You've also got the overhead of the "pre-send checksum" that RAC does - this can be disabled through a hidden parameter (whose name I can't remember at present).
Can you give us some sample output from an AWR or Statspack report to some clue of the nature of the throughput problem that you're seeing - the Top 5, from a single instance (if they all behave in roughly the same way) and the key RAC-related sections (The Misc and block transfer sections).
Update: Better have the Load Profile and machine/instance summary from the top of the report too.
