Did you configure the plugin so that it has a specified theme? In 4.2 you can access the settings of the plugin through "Shared Components > user Interface > Component Settings", or when in the edit page of the plugin choose "Component Settings" from the "Tasks" list on the right.1 person found this helpful
Yes, I have searched a little bit more, and found out the theme was 'custom'.

Verify that under "Application Properties > Security > Browser Security > Embed in Frames" is set to "Allow" or "Allow from same origin". By default this setting is set to "Deny", thus not even allowing your application's own pages to be displayed in iframes.
