Audit Network for Client IP and Client Program

I'm trying to audit Client IP and Client Program (in AVDF 220.127.116.11) for all connection by enable Audit Trail NETWORK. For some reasons, this audit trail could not start up. Has anybody faced this issues ? logs file contains no clues..
