You posted no version numbers (4 digit database and forms versions), so this is a hard one. You could look at the alert.log of the database in search for ORA-600 or ORA-7445 or other reasons why your server process died.
Also compare the client versions of both Machines (the one where it works, and the one where it dies) for differences.
actually ,this error is coming on cient location and i don't think there is any roll of this file i.e. alert.log
at client machine.
since this problem only a single client not for all the client so i think problem is due to some other reasons..
pl tell me the solution ...
when i run a query by sql plus 8.0 its start to execute and but after a time being(usually in 2 or 3 second) it stop and flas the file communicatio error..
why it so ? pl help me to overcome this problem....

Is Ram capacity in client's machine as good as it's similar client...?

My pc's ram capacity is simlar to the other client in lan..
i also checked tnsnames.ora it is also okay.
when i m trying to make a connection to server,
connection is establish but it disconnect after a time period usually In 1 minute..
and flash same file communication error..
i think it is very tiresome problem...
pl help me to resolved it out soon....
was my first day to me when i faced this problem was a network cable inner cut its sealed.cannot be seen so pls.exchange the network wires between clients to verify..
Its ok with Tns if it is connected.
One good approach to follow up what's blocking ...
Is look in the alert.log file for any errors.
u can check last 100 lines using...

If the Server Thread died unexpectedly this should be noted in this logfile.

e a solution key to many possible errors u can recognize ...
It might be network or router fails it could be client's ip conflicting with each other or many other reasons..
where to find alert.log file....?U Will find it in Server u can search for it.
