    AD reverse password synch connector 9.1.1.5 install fails

      When attempting to install the AD reverse password synch connector (9.1.1.5) on Windows 2008 R2 SP 1, I get the following error:

      java.exe has stopped working
      A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.

      This happens right after launching setup.exe (before any of the installation screens appear).

      Here is what we see in Windows Event Viewer:

      We've installed JDK 1.6.0_21 and pointed the JAVA_HOME variable to the JDK directory. We've tried running setup.exe as an administrator. Has anyone seen this before?
