On our manager learner self service it is showing not applicable for some users even though in Training Administrator it is showing as Complete. It is also showing complete in the learner self service responsibility. We are not sure why this is only happening for some people or if there are any queries that anyone has to help us in finding this issue. It did not start happening until recently as we have two larger training courses going on right now in the organization. If anyone knows what the status Not Applicable means or could shed some light on this issue please let us know. Thank you.
