unable to view oppurtunities at customer level issue urgent plzzzzz

Please hlp me ,we are unable to view the opportunities created on a customer...
Navigation>after creating a oppurtunity..
1)Clicking on the customer tab to search the customer,once the details appears we can able see oppurtunity tab on left side,when we click on the oppurtunity tab it should display all
the oppurtunities created on the customer.But at present it is not showing any oppurtunities..please hlp me...
