I need create a Fast Formula to attach to absences in order to calculate how much time an employee has left to take. However, the client has a very unique way this is done. They are NOT using hire date or a calendar date. Instead, it is calculated based on the amount of time taken in the last 12 months, from the date of the new request for absence.
For example, an employee requests time off for 5/1/2013, so the available balance needs to look back at the time taken in the last 12 months from 5/1/2013. The employee then again requests time off 8/15/2103, so it should look back 12 months from 8/15/2103.
