The V37084-01 installation media has everything you need to install Oracle Linux and start up your computer. The boot image does not contain any software installation. VirtualBox 4.1.2 is too old. You might want to get the latest version, which is currently 4.2.10 and available for free download.
And last not least you actually you do not nned to burn a DVD from ISO since VirtualBox can use an ISO disk image file directly.
