Installed OBIEE 22.214.171.124 on OS Windows Server 2008 SP2 and was able to log to Analysis but once i installed OBIA 126.96.36.199 i was not able to log in "Unable to Sign In invalid user or password"
This issue occurred after Installing BIApss 188.8.131.52 so i tried below steps but still i am not able to login to RDP(online or to Analysis)
1- followed Doc ID 1302924.1 no success
2- i deinstalled BI Apps but still i am not able to log in.
I also also followed "To regenerate user GUIDs:" and below link.
As far as I know BIApps 184.108.40.206 is the correct version for OBIEE 220.127.116.11.
I am facing exactly same issue where none of the users is able to login after the installation of BI Apps. Did you manage to find the solution to it.
Caould you please tel me how to trouble shoot this issue...
I tried many ways to resovle this issue....
ex:- NQS congilg file change - Parameter to YES
instance config file change - adding one more parameter as available in OTN Discuossin
Rpd deployments sevral time
Change the and retype the pwd's via EM and webcosnloe
check the username whether it is locked or unlocked in DB level ......etc

i am using OBIEE 18.104.22.168 and OBIA 22.214.171.124
after installation OBIA i was gettign the same error as you mentioned.
I am also using same versions. even i re-installed 3 times same issue happens after installing BI Apps (any version of apps)
i tried all means and ways to fix this issue Till now i didn't got any solution and i also looking for solution. I can't rise SR. so if you have can please do so.
