I would like to ask you for a help. In my application I got set up auto email response. All works perfect since Christmas, about 10000 tickets/emails were generated/sent with no issue. However, since last Friday 12-Apr-13, there is one ticket which keep sending the auto email. It seems that it is stacked in the outgoing server or the APEX server, as the page which generate and send the auto email works fine on any other ticket created after that particular Friday case. I believe, that my APEX application have no issue.
The frequency of the email is getting lower, but it is still coming. Therefore I think, that the outgoing server is trying to deliver the email, as it seems unsent.
Could you please let me know how I can stop the email to be sent?
I think that is my problem. Thank you for the links. However, the issue is, that I can not log in the Admin Service, as my application is running on the Oracle server: https://apex.oraclecorp.com/pls/apex and I do not have access to that part.
Do you please know, who I can contact to stop the email?
