          Hi.
This error say that on LUN from EMC storage happens error.

Aborted Command, internal target failure. Target is EMC storage.

So you should ask EMC about recommendation for resolve this issue.

          For additional trubleshuting:

How many LUNS presented from EMC to this server via same port ?
How many servers ( and LUNS) used same port on EMC?
What model EMC storage you use?
What software using for multipathing ?
Are you apply all vendor's recomendation for this storage and solaris ?
Are happens this error on same device?

          For example:
          http://www.emc.com/collateral/software/white-papers/h10938-vnx-best-practices-wp.pdf

Also try find "EMC Host Connectivity Guide for Sun Solaris"

try add this line to /etc/system
          set sd:sd_io_time = 0x78
          set sd:sd_max_throttle = 20

But value can depend from your environment.

          Regards
