working in the 2 day + Java Developers Guide

Stuck on page 3-9 where is has me Creating a Java Class in JDeveloper and 3-14.

package hr;
import java.sql.Connection;
import java.sql.SQLException;

import oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource;

public class DataHandler{
public DataHandler() {
}

String jdbcURL = null;
String userid = null;
String password = null;
Connection conn;
public void getDBConnection() throws SQLException {
OracleDataSource ds;
ds = new OracleDataSource();
ds.setURL(jdbcUrl);
conn=ds.getConnection(userid, password);
}
}

The import oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource; seems to be where the problem is I get an error saying package oracle.jdbc.pool does not exist.

Any thoughts?
