Well, error messages are very clear. Your package procedure/function GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_EXTRCT_RECON_AGG_RPT_GCR tries to call GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_INS_ERROR_GCR which doesn't exist.

Looks like the user cancelled the operation.

That's one of those error messages that actually means what it says. You're trying to use something called GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_INS_ERROR_GCR, but the system can't find anything with that name.

                Reasons for this include:
                (a) the name is spelled wrong
                (b) the procedure (or other object, but I'll just say "procedure") is defined local to some package or other procedure, and so can be used only within that package or procedure
                (c) the procedure really doesn't exist (e.g., there was an error in its CREATE statement)
                (d) you don't have privileges to use it (probably not the case here; it looks like it's in the same schema as the caller).

Post a small test script that re-creates the problem. Include code for GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_INS_ERROR_GCR (simplified as much as possible; it's best if it does nothing but print 'Hello world"), and a very simplified version of GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_EXTRCT_RECON_AGG_RPT_GCR that does nothing but call GCRGRIT$OWNER.P_GRI_INS_ERROR_GCR .
