    1006525
Hi we have a 2 node rac

asm version is 11.2.0.2 and db version is 10.2.0.2

I tried to generate a awr report and in the list of snapshots i get the time is 3 hours + our current time

      This is the latest snapshot

      7359     1 01/05/13 11:00:12

But system time is Wed May 1 08:47:31 EDT 2013

How to get rid of the error.

      Please explain

      Thanks

          Hi,

May be database is running under different timezone or grid infrastructure TZ settings are not correct. Is timestamp of database instance alert and clusterware alerts are same as OS?

          Regards,

            Here are my findings

            When i run this

            SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI')
            ,TO_CHAR(CURRENT_DATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI')
            ,TO_CHAR(SYSTIMESTAMP, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI TZR')
            ,TO_CHAR(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI TZR')
            ,TO_CHAR(LOCALTIMESTAMP, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI TZR')
            ,DBTIMEZONE
            ,SESSIONTIMEZONE
            FROM DUAL;

            I get

            TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, TO_CHAR(CURRENT_ TO_CHAR(SYSTIMESTAMP,'YYYY-MM-DDHH24:MITZR')
            ---------------- ---------------- -------------------------------------------------
            TO_CHAR(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,'YYYY-MM-DDHH24:MITZR') TO_CHAR(LOCALTIMESTAMP,'YYYY-MM-DDHH24:MITZR')
