As you know db_file_name_convert and log_file_name_convert parameters is static parameters.
If you change this parameter, for take effect you must restart database.
When you change this parameters with DGMGRL, then this parameter changed in DGMGRL config file, but not take effect on database.
It is normally, you see : Warning status in the broker - that the parameters are inconsistent with the database settings.
If you want when you change parameters, get DGMGRL status SUCCESS, then first set this parameterswith SQLPlus after set DGMGRL.

thst is what I thought too, right ?
but it does not work.
I alter system with scope=spfile and then also change via the dgmgrl - and I still get the warning.
