GIT integration with Siebel 8.1 Tools

We are trying to understand if we can use GIT to integrate with Siebel 8.1 Tools.

Siebel by default provides Client-Server repository control. However, we need an alternative version control system in place to mange all our releases across projects.

Any advice or help will be really helpful.

It should be possible, but you have to do this on your own.
You have to go through the documentation of Siebel and GIT to see which changes you need to make to the Siebel batch file.
And you have to know how you can control GIT from the command line.
