what do you mean executable? I guess a way to start your application.
The simple way is using shortcuts. Create a shortcut that calls the forms runtime executable ifrun60.exe passing parameters.
You can pass several parameters (run the Forms Runtime program to see what parameters you can use).
Example shortcut with parameters:
Destination: C:\path_to_oracle6i\bin\ifrun60.exe MODULE=your_application_form.fmx USERID=SCOTT/TIGER@DB_NAME
Start from: Your application's FMX path
The same logic works with REP files.
the meaning of my question is that say i have to deliver my application to my client and i want to give my source code.then how to make it complete package to deliver and make the application run.plz help
...now i want to make a executable file to run my application.is it possible?if possible how it can be done ???>
No, Oracle Forms is similar to Java in that it requires and executes within a "Runtime." In order to run your Forms 6 application you must have the Forms and Reports Runtime installed on the client computer. Take a look at the following document (Chapter 1.5) for information on "Deploying Completed Applications." Oracle Forms Developer and Oracle Reports Developer: Guidelines for Building Applications

You can find all you need to know in the Forms Builder Help. In your case it will be something like:
