You shouldn't use / as sysdba to export a database.
Also when you configure multiple workers (parallel=8) you will export to 8 files, so you either need to specify 8 files or use the documented %U syntax to get automatically numbered files.

            Hi,

            Welcome to the forum,

use the dumpfile name _%U as suffix since you are using the parallel option. datapump worker issue with parallel
            expdp directory=sys schemas=t01 dumpfile=t01_20130514_%U.dmp parallel=8 logfile=t01_export_20130514_2.log

As noted above, do not use "/ as sysdba" to perform expdp or impdp - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e22490/dp_export.htm#i1012781

                          Hi

                          you can use
select object_type,object_name from dba_objects where status = 'INVALID' and owner='SYS'

                            Hi,
Does the error still happen when parallel=1?

                            Regards,

This looks like a queuing error. Are you sure that the package body that controls queues is valid. What was the outcome of the invalid sys objects that you were asked to get?

Also, if enough files was not specified for the number of parallel processes allowed, the export would still run, it would just be running with essentially parallel 1. All of the other workers would be waiting for the file to be released before it could do anything. The job should not fail in this situation.
