    some advise

    kaartman
      All,

I need some advice regarding what skills I should learn.
After working as a PL/SQL developer for 6 years I wanted to move
into Oracle EBS development (I took some training in SCM and Financial
Modules (AP, AR, GL, INV, OM). I am working on a EBS upgrade
project for couple of months now.

Now, I want to learn something on top of what I already know.
May be OAF or functional in Finance or Order management.

I am really looking for stability/more opportunities. I am in USA now.
Just want to know from your experience what would be the better
      skill or route.

      Thanks a lot.

If you are in the USA and you are asking in terms of opportunities, then Indeed.com is a much better place to get answers from than this forum. Available jobs vary widely by geographic area. Search for Oracle jobs near where you are (or where you want to be). Count up those looking for the various skills you are interested in.

Frankly, since this is your career, I'd advise you to spend a good bit of effort in this research. Create a spreadsheet to track this data over a period of several weeks. Once you have an idea what companies in your area are looking for, then start moving your studies in that direction.
