I have not found a way to do this with view criteria without writing code in your bean. If you want to do it without writing code the only way that I know is to create a view object which uses a where clause instead of view criteria and in the where clause you can specify your bind variable for the = portion of the where clause ie. WHERE orderId = :p_order_id
Then in your task flow you can insert the ExecuteWithParams operation for your view object before you call the page where your table is used. Now when you drag the view object on the page as a table it will use query with the bind variable value.
If someone knows how to do this with view criteria WITHOUT writing code to use the view criteria I would love to know how as well.
