First, sorry if this isn't the right place to ask my question.
I configured the Oracle Bi Scheduler to send Ibots with some Answers. I created and iBot using the adminstrator user and i can succefully send alerts to me and to others user that are IN the administrator groups.
Problem: I can't send the Alerts to others users with low access. I change the access previliges, i put the users to subscriptions, i did a lot of stuff but i just can't set the alert to others recipients that aren't in the administration grupo.
When i saw the resume of the Ibot, i can see that the low access users are select, but the answers and alert never is show.
Did i make myself clear?
Thank in advance for urs reply and sorry again if this isn't the right forum.
I can send alerts to dashboard from one admin to another admin.
I can't send alerts to dashboads from admin to other user with low previleges.
I try to change the level of access, but nothing.
Ty for the reply.
Please see below areas,
1. The users should have access to use iBOTs.
2. The user profile should be set to deliver the iBOT content on the dashboard (Keep dashboard as Primary Target).
3. Users should have access on the reports which are delivered as part of delivery content.
4. You should set the property of iBOT to (Mark it available for subscription).
5. Users must subscribe the required iBOT.
Mark Correct if it helps.

I already did the almost all the points that you said.
The problem is that :5. Users must subscribe the required iBOT.
I can't do that, when i log in with the other User, i can see the Ibot creat because it was on the shared ibots folders.
But i can't subscribe it or i just don't found how to subscribe. Any tip?
By default iBOTS get saved into shared folder, so nothing wrong there. User can only subscribe those iBOTS which are Published for Subscription, If you have done the publishing of the same, once the user will login, they must go to shared folders open the iBOTS which are available for subscription and subscribe them, without subscription they won't be able to see the alerts on their dashboard.
On internet many links are available, just type iBOTS in obiee 10g on google, open the first link.
NOTE: I am not able to provide any link as many of these links are from private blogs which is not accessible from my system (Company policy ;) ).
Mark Correct/Helpful if it helps.
Good Morning and Ty for the reply.
I know what u mean, i did all that u said.
I just can't subscribe the IBot with the users with low acess levels because that user doesn't belong to the group Administrator or Presentation Administrator Catalog.
All the theards that i found in web said moreless that u said, but i can't subscribe the Ibots.
Dunno what to do more.
Please see the below thread and see if it helps;
Can you please help on this issue? I don't have anything else to update.
