    OBI-SEC-00022 error

    Jacob J
      Hi guys

We run an OBIEE installation with about 2000 uniqe users - so far so good.
All users can log in, and new users have no problems loggin in - except ONE.

I have this single user JARE, which gets this error. We use an external MS AD for authentification and the internals LDAP for storing application roles an so on. This setup works very well for us.

The user tried to log on for the first time, and entered a wrong password, but after the lock has been removed, he still is unable to log in.

Below is the error message in full - when searching google for this, they tell os to mess with Userbase DNS level - that is not the issue here, because it works for 1999 other users.

      Anybody have any ideas?
