Some of my users are not getting workflow notifications in their work list. What all could I check to debug this?
The workflow is in active status and the notification node status is "Notified". The record in wf_notifications is in status "OPEN". The user has also received an email for the notification but the notification is not available in user worklist and user is not able to take action on it. Please let me know if you can help. I can definitely provide more info once I have some hope of help. Not sure why we don't have dedicated Oracle Workflow forum.
Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.
The best start point is to get the number of one of those notifications and then run
sqlplus apps/<passwd> @$FND_TOP/sql/wfmlrdbg.sql <notif #>
It will generate a HTML file that you can check to see the details of the roles associated to the notification, as well as the notification attributes that are involved in the e-mail processing.
