Slow Calculated Scenario and a shared Entity Hierarchy.
Jun 6, 2013 1:15 PM
Essbase ASO 188.8.131.52 Calculated Scenario and a shared Entity Hierarchy are slow when used together.
The Scenario calculated Prior Year. I have it set to Dynamic and the formula is
NONEMPTYMEMBER [Fiscal Year]
([Scenario].[Actual],[Fiscal Year].CurrentMember.LAG (1))
The Entity shared hierarchy takes upper level members shares them to create a new rollup for a reorganization we are in the middle of.
I have tried different formulas for the Prior Year formula, Changing the Sort and Buffer settings (12000) and the Pending Cache.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
