    Problem with manage of memory

    1012709
      Hello

      I need advice about java fx. We are creating IDM system which will go on JBoss from RedHat and also use SOAP web services for transfer data. We have problem with memory because application is big applet which sending/receiving very huge quantity of data.

      First problem is managing of memory our application. When run application on IE or Chrome on application server JBoss after 5 minutes is application frozen. When run application on eclipse so all is good. Application running slowly but running. Without freeze of application. It some different between manage JVM memory from eclipse and OS? Can you give some advice. Problem does not occur on 64bit OS windows 7 and last update of java or rarely occur.

      Second our problem is TreeView and his need load all nodes from second level. Is some possible to control count of read nodes? Something how offset from - to. Because second level has about 1500 nodes for one parent and it can contain several parents.

          You can customize JVM Setup specifying custom JVM Options and properties in the Ant Task

          <fx:platform javafx="2.1+">
            <fx:jvmarg value="-Xmx400m"/>
            …
          </fx:platform
          For more information take a look at:
