Your question is not very clear.
Are you asking for finding out
- the Oracle Forms version (e.g. 6i, 10g, 11g) of e.g. a fmx file?
- the Version of any Application written in Oracle Forms?
I am interested in checking the signature of an Oracle form application in order to validate the correct installation ... I mean the version of the build itself, the size, checksum and last modified date.
Well if it is a forms application from a third party vendor then you better ask them. There is no built-in in forms for that, so your vendor must be able to tell you how to verify that. The build date (that might be the creation date of your .fmx file), file size and checksum of the runfiles are somewhat meaningless; they change every recompile and won't tell you if you have a newer or an older version of the source file.
