I'm assuming this worked before and stopped working after something happened. Did you install a patch on the Essbase server or did by any chance the password on the user you're trying to log in with change?
We have not applied any patch neither password is changed, But we have moved server to new data center and also IP address of the server is changed.
Do you thank, that can cause this issue. Also, I have tried to access essbase through EAS I am able to do access and do most of the operation but got same error when I clicked on the Data Preview.

If you have moved the server to a new data center and an issue has started occurring then it could point to the change.
Are you able to log into essbase directly with Maxl using the same account?
If you run a registry report do you see any of the configuration with IPs instead of DNS/hostname
