Is Oracle database available from OTN governed by a different license agreement than e-Delivery?
According to the Oracle OTN license agreement, Oracle grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable limited license to use the programs only for the purpose of developing, testing, prototyping and demonstrating your application, and not for any other purpose. Oracle may include additional programs with an order which may be used for trial purposes only, for which you will have 30 days from the delivery date to evaluate these programs. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licenses/standard-license-152015.html
The Oracle Software Delivery Clound (e-Delivery) license agreement states that all software, except certain 3rd party technology, is provided under a 30-Day trial license. The rights granted to you under this agreement expire at the end of the trial term. If you decide to use any of the Programs after the end of the trial term, you must acquire a license for each program from Oracle. https://edelivery.oracle.com/EPD/TrialLicense/get_form?fullscreen=1&ARU_LANG=US
When downloading Oracle database from OTN it does not mention that it was provided as trial software. Which license applies?
